SHIPPING POLICY
For custom orders within Ontario, I can deliver any item, or pick-up can be arranged.
Other orders within Canada can be shipped with your choice of shipping method, buyer paying shipping cost.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you have a knife that has undergone minimal usage, and was purchased within 2 weeks, a return can be arranged.
For older knives, depending on the specific knife, and the reasons for dissatisfaction, an appropriate exchange can also be arranged.
Exchanges may take a much longer time for completion depending on how many orders are currently in.
