Steak Knife

Steak knives hand forged from 1084 high carbon steel, these very lightweight high end knives are perfect for use as steak knives or as paring knives in the kitchen. With Cocobolo handles these knives will age very nicely. Two knives are currently available (120 Cad each).
 
1084 steel is a high carbon non-stainless steel. These knives require proper care in order to prevent rust.
